The Sweetest Thing!

As you know (or maybe don’t know), most of the titles of my postings are named after songs I like.  I had a hard time with this one because there were a few that came to mind.  “It’s a Miracle” (yes, I admit, I am a Culture Club fan and a proud teenager of the 80’s) was the first song that came to mind because during my session yesterday afternoon with the sweet little Alexis, I kept thinking to myself that it was indeed a miracle that this tiny just-over-two-year-old was not fussing, or whining, or crying because of the chilly temperature outside.  “Freeze Frame” was another song that came to mind because it was just short of freezing out there it seemed, under the blanket of clouds, even though the forecast had originally called for some sun that afternoon.  Well, I finally decided to name my posting, simply, “The Sweetest Thing”.  Not only because I am a huge U2 fan, but because little Lexi was nothing short of the Sweetest Thing during our session late yesterday afternoon.  Despite the chill in the air, and despite the fact that her little body was at times shivering while she and I hunted for the bunny in the grass, she was a complete little angel the entire time!  I photographed Lexi last year with her cousins when she was just a tiny little peanut, so I was super excited to take some more pictures of her and her delightful mommy and daddy.  So here is the sneak peek I promised little Lexi.  I hope you like your pictures, sweetheart!  You are a beautiful little girl and The Sweetest Thing ever!

The Leader of the Band

Well, once again I was treated to some amazing musical entertainment during one of my sessions.  But this time I had three musicians playing for me!  I had a photo session yesterday with three very talented brothers.  Check out this gorgeous threesome!

Thank Heaven for Little Girls

Have you ever met someone who, when they smile at you, they light up the entire area around you?  Well, I had the opportunity to spend Saturday evening with not one, but two little girls who’s smiles did just that!  Cameron and Zoe, as sweet and sociable as could possibly be.  This was my second family of the weekend and I had such a delightful time with them!  J & J, thank you SO much for inviting me out to photograph you and your adorable girls!  Here are some sneak peeks of these two gorgeous little ones and their beautiful mommy and daddy!

Great job Christine. Such a beautiful looking family!

Three is the magic number!

My weekend was packed with three sessions and three beautiful families.  First up is one of my favorite families in Montgomery County.  These three kiddos are full of personality and so much fun to be with.  I photographed them all last year and was so happy when they called me again this year to take their family photos.  So here they are!…  two gorgeous little girls, one handsome little man, and a very proud mommy and daddy!  Oh, and I can’t forget their polar bear of a family pet – one of the sweetest, most gentle doggies I know!

A Lovely Sunday

I spent a beautiful Sunday evening with a beautiful family… both inside and out!  I had such a lovely time with them and I even found myself wishing we could have stayed at our session a bit longer.  The fall colors were beginning to pop, and the moon was even out –   such a perfect night, made even more special by my good friends.  Enjoy your sneak peek!
