I spent the morning yesterday with the lovely Miss “S”, just before she made her First Holy Communion. I have photographed her family in the past and was so honored when Mom asked me to take pictures of her on this special day! Congratulations “S”, and may God bless you always!

This was my first session with baby Camille. Just three months old and she seemed to already know how to roll with the punches – the cool wind and even the bright overcast sky above. Camille was the winner of my March baby contest and I’d say she deserves an Oscar for yesterday’s performance. Truly an adorable little girl and check out the amazing hair on this beautiful little head of hers!

Oh, the joys of a pinata! The anticipation of it all. Waiting to see what goodies come pouring out as you whack it (or pull individual strings in our case) and whack it and whack it! The expression on a child’s face says it all!
Oh, and the scrumptious cake is from the Hershey Pantry. If you have never had a birthday cake from the Hershey Pantry you are missing something BIG!!!! I am a big time birthday cake lover and of all the bakeries I’ve tried in this area, the Hershey Pantry is my favorite pick, without a doubt! Super moist, perfect amount of sweetness, and they will decorate it beautifully to your request. They are simply the best!!!

Periodically, I will be scheduling some “impromptu” mini sessions. They’re “mini” because they are only 30 minute sessions. They’re “impromptu” because they are planned for an upcoming afternoon that I happen to have free. So this Sunday, April 3rd will be the first of my “impromptu mini sessions”. That’s right! March 22nd… one of the happiest days of my life! It’s the day that my beautiful little girl graced our lives with her being. And it was one recent evening, as we finished our bedtime prayers and I tucked her into bed, she leaned over, gave me a big, heart-warming hug, and proclaimed, “Mommy, I love you more than clams!”. Gosh! I realized just then and there how much she really did love me! Clams are by far her most favorite food to eat in the whole wide world. So in her eyes, nothing could be better. To hear those words fall out of her mouth that night, so innocently, was one of the best gifts I could have ever received. So silly, but so innocent. But that’s our Catie! Full of spunk and energy, yet sweet and loving. A true miracle!
A daughter is a miracle that never ceases to be miraculous…full of beauty and forever
